Auction Nitro sellers are professional auctioneers and real estate agents, and are usually licensed in their particular locale. They are more than likely members of their particular state's auctioneer association, realtor associations, the National Auctioneers Association, or the National Association of Realtors. To sell items on AuctionNitro, contact your local, real estate agent or professional auctioneer and have them contact us for more information. We will work with them to get your items posted for sale on Auction Nitro. Keep in mind that some Auction Nitro sellers do not ship. Bidders may need to arrange to pickup their purchases during scheduled removal times. For more information, please contact the item's seller.

Auction Nitro tracks expenses accrued by buyers and sellers through an internal account. Any fees associated with Auction Nitro (such as featuring an item on the home page or making one bold to stand out more) are debited to the account. Once the "Maximum Debit" amount is reached, you will see a warning that you have exceeded it. You should clear your account balance using the "Clear Account Balance" link on the My Account->Manage Account screen. Failure to pay your account balance may result in account suspension in accordance with the Auction Nitro Terms and Conditions.

You can add funds to your account (or pay your account balance) at any time by using the My Account->Manage Account screen. To the right of your Balance, click on the "Clear Account Balance" link. This will bring you to a notification screen and provide a link to pay your account balance. Auction Nitro uses Business-class PayPal account as its payment gateway of choice, thus allowing you to securely clear your account balance using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express without having to open a PayPal account. If you do have an existing PayPal account, you can log in and use it if you so choose.

Auction Nitro users receive a $3.00 USD credit to their account as a signup bonus. It's our way of saying "Thank you!". This allows new users to try some of the fee-based features "on the house".

By enabling and filling out the PayPal Address Override form, you can pre-populate the PayPal form fields when you use PayPal to make direct payments and pay Auction Nitro account balances.

If you would like to accept payments directly over the Internet using your PayPal or Authorize.net accounts, simply enter the appropriate account information at the bottom your "My Account->Manage Account" screens. This will give you the option of using payments through the site as opposed to having to process all of the payments manually offline.
